The DrugInfo Clearinghouse is a service provided by the Australian Drug Foundation to interpret and disseminate information on drug prevention. The service functions as a drug prevention network, providing easy access to information about alcohol and other drugs, and drug prevention. Professionals and members of the general community can use the service as their first port of call for information from local, national and international sources.

- Counselling online
Counselling Online is a free, 24 hour, 7 day online service where you can communicate live and one-on-one with a professional counsellor about any alcohol or drug related concern, via the internet.
- Cannabis Information and Helpline 1800 30 40 50
A confidential information and support telephone service for people who use cannabis, are concerned about family and friend cannabis users and friends and family who are concerned about cannabis use by those close to them. The Helpline is available from 2pm -11pm, Sunday to Friday, to provide counselling, information, referrals and resources.

The National Inhalants Information Service is an Australian online service that provides information, research and support for the community, parents and teachers, alcohol and other drug (AOD) workers, and other professionals assisting users of inhalants.

OnTrack is on online health service website. It offers access to low cost, evidence based up to date information and treatment for a range of mental health concerns. OnTrack alcohol and depression is the first program to be launched and additional programs will follow.
